Before you buy — scent sensitivity

This is a concentrated fragrance in an enclosed space, so worth saying plainly.

If you or anyone who travels with you regularly is sensitive to perfumes or scented products, this may not suit — a car concentrates scent far more than a room does, and hay fever or asthma can make that worse. Start with the cap nearly closed, keep the car ventilated, and give it a few days rather than judging it on the first drive. If scented products have given you headaches or breathing trouble before, give this one a miss.

Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Stand it upright on a flat surface, and keep it off painted and plastic trim — concentrated fragrance can mark a dashboard if it sits directly against it.
